NORDIC WALKING COURSES

We organize courses in Introduction to Nordic Walking with a diploma from the Association of Nordic Walking in Spain (ENA).

INITIATION COURSE:
(Introduction to the technique ALFA 247 for maximizing our muscles)

6 hours - 50 euros (with sticks provided by the center)

ADVANCED COURSE:
(improving technique)

4 hours - 28 euros (with sticks provided by the center)
