WHAT IS NORDIC WALKING?
The Nordic Walking is a relatively new sport in its modern conception. But since the 30’s, country skiers in Finland, where it was born, practice this form of training.
It consists on walking with special poles, applying the technique ALFA 247. It is a technique of movement that keeps your body in good shape in a uniform way, improving physical fitness, and helps reduce tensions in your body and mind.
